Multi-purpose Public Facility, Auditorium for ITAEB, Library and CAP

A building open to the neighborhood. The project focuses on transparency and connection with the Besòs-Maresme district. The ground floor extends the street, organizing the different uses and schedules in a fluid way. A large central space connects the meeting rooms and creates visual continuity between levels, while the modular structure offers high flexibility. The roof becomes a civic space with gardens, urban allotments and renewable energy systems, combining sustainability with community use.
