A university residence designed for everyday life and seamless integration.
This 211‑bed residence sits on a UB plot surrounded by academic and healthcare facilities. The project is organized into two volumes that adapt to the surrounding building heights, reducing the visual impact on the neighborhood.
Placed at the back of the site, the L‑shaped layout creates a sheltered outdoor space between the residence and the street. This area becomes a social hub, suitable for sports activities or community use.
The ground floor and part of the basement house the common areas, while the upper levels accommodate single and double rooms. The lower block roofs are intended for communal use, and the main roof contains the building’s technical installations.
